Presumably the EU bureaucrats have published a fully-costed business case to justify their above-inflation requirements. Can anyone tell me where I can find a copy please? Will HMG be re-publishing this business case (if indeed one exists)?
I am confused around the PM (and Cabinet’s) position on this. Does DC have a cunning plan??
